We hope you'll attend the Birthday Bash in person, but if not we still want to include your name, contact information and biographical data in our 2017 update of The 2015 Memory Book. If you haven't done so, please complete the SVHS-1965 Classmate Bio Form and that way we'll be sure to list you in the book. The books were printed in July 2015 and and updates will be added as an addendum to the book, so send it in today!
